A community hospital offering accessible, compassionate healthcare services to the sick, vulnerable, and underserved, reflecting a commitment to holistic wellbeing.
3. Skill Acquisition Centre
A training hub focused on empowering youths and local residents with employable skills — with strong emphasis on technology, digital literacy, and entrepreneurship.
4. Shopping Mall
A commercial centre designed to stimulate local trade, create employment, and open new business opportunities for the community.
5. Water Company
A bottledwater production plant aimed at generating jobs while ensuring safe, clean water supply for the region.
6. Bakery
A local bakery supporting food production, job creation, and affordable access to staple foods.
7. Sports Field
A recreational and sporting facility promoting youth engagement, physical fitness, and community cohesion.
8. Hotel
A hospitality centre providing accommodation for visitors, tourists, and guests attending events or activities in the area.
9. Community Church
A central place of worship offering spiritual services, community gatherings, outreach programmes, and social support.
